Top Shelf Dance's private lessons are 45 minutes and are tailored to satisfy each student’s individual needs. Private lessons best enable students to experience the subtlety inherent to the art and skill of partnership dancing.

Private lessons focus on leading and following techniques, pattern dynamics, and on dancing the whole body with style. You'll receive personalized feedback and encouragement during your lessons while you work at your own pace. Private lessons are ideal for troubleshooting problems that you and your partner may be unaware of.  Enjoy working directly with an instructor and learn 75% faster! 

Those students able to attend group classes in addition to their private lessons retain more of the patterns they have learned.

At Top Shelf Dance we take pride in having highly trained, certified teachers. We have dance instructors available for private lessons six days a week.

A well-rounded course designed to introduce "first time" dancers to the essential fundamentals of partnership dancing!  It will make your first dance steps fun and easy! 

Enrollment, Tuition, Refunds, Credits & Cancellation Policy     

• Full tuition is due upon enrollment.
• Students who have enrolled and paid for a course, but withdraw prior to the course's start date are entitled to a full refund less a processing fee of $25.00.
• Gift Certificates are non-refundable.
• All refunds will include a $25 processing fee.
• No refunds will be given after the second lesson for any reason.
• For students who are unable to complete a course due to a medical condition, a credit will be issued for future use.
• Credits are transferrable.
• No refunds will be given for discounted courses. 
• Please give a minimum 10 hours notice when cancelling a class, otherwise the class will be forfeit.
• No refunds or credits will be given on classes missed due to illness, personal holidays, inclement weather, work  or other activities without at least 10 hours notice.
• If Top Shelf Dance cancels or postpones a class for any reason, a make up class will be offered.
